CELEBRATING TWO YEARS!! As of this month, I have been hosting the Weekly Healing Call for two years! These calls make healing and guidance available to everyone around the world, for an affordable price. It is my way to help the greatest number of people and to give back what I once received: professional help for a reduced, group rate.
In May 2017, I began these calls and included in them a teaching portion. I would give my top tips and wisdom on a specific subject, prior to facilitating healing and answering questions. Those teaching calls are now available in the Shop as Self-Study Mini-Courses.
Eventually, the calls transformed into their maximum healing potential: We now do a three-part healing session. We start with a Mindfulness meditation; specifically, a body scan. We then connect with our Higher Selves in order to receive messages. Then I facilitate distant energy healing on the group. In the second half of the call, participants ask questions and I answer them.
If you have not yet tried a call, then I invite you to do so. The live call occurs Wednesdays at 7pm EST, but it is recorded and you may listen at your convenience up until midnight on the following Saturday. [2020 Update: These calls are now held on the first Wednesday of the month.]
FIRST RESPONDERS: I have recently needed to interact with the Ottawa Police, and as a way to say thank you, I am inviting all first responders to receive healing in the Weekly Calls of May 15 and May 22 (simply join by clicking those links). If you are a first responder in any capacity (be it for people, animals, or the environment), then please accept my gift. If you know a first responder, then please feel free to share this with them. Participate over the phone or Internet. The live call occurs at 7pm EST, but the recording is available until the following Saturday. These calls are trauma sensitive.
MENTAL HEALTH MONTH: May is also Mental Health Month, a time when we shine a light on what can be a quiet but debilitating issue. I encourage you to use the momentum of this month to face anything that needs to be faced–knowing that the process need not be difficult, and also knowing that being free of any weight is often a wonderful and worthwhile feeling. Join a Weekly Healing Call or book an Appointment for a deeper level of help.
