When I was working at the Privy Council Office, one day I was feeling so stressed that I was about to break down crying.

So I took some Rescue Remedy.

A few minutes later, I was laughing about how great my life was.

Rescue Remedy is a blend of five plant extracts. It is designed specifically to support you in times of stress or crisis.

It works quickly because you take it sublingually: under the tongue.

Take 2-3 drops, either daily (for ongoing stress) or as needed.

If you’re sensitive, then take less and work your way up. If you have a strong constitution, take more (but start with a low dose and increase it gradually).

Two things to note:

1. Alcohol: RR contains alcohol. If you prefer to use one that is made instead with glycerine, then get the one for kids. It’s the same recipe, just without the alcohol.

It’s the same thing, but with one additional plant that helps to calm the mind. Note: there is no sedative effect. It does not make you sleepy. It’s called RR Sleep simply for branding, because people are kept awake at night by their busy minds. You can therefore use it during the day.

Will everyone benefit from Rescue Remedy? No. It doesn’t work for everyone. But it helps for many people.

Three Xs and 17 Ms. That's the solar flare activity in the last 24 hours.

One of the Xs was big: X8.

So far, there's no geomagnetic storm (see the last image, which is all green).

But regardless of whether there's a storm, the fact remains that our Sun is exploding. And we can indeed feel that.

Be gentle with yourself today, if you're noticing these flares.

Life doesn't give us medals for the intangible acc

Life doesn't give us medals for the intangible accomplishments.

Getting through a divorce with grace and protecting your child from the negativity.

Picking yourself up day after day when you really don't have the strength to go on.

Making sure the bills are paid every month when you're living paycheque to paycheque.

All the things we dismiss as just being part of life, but which are major achievements in and of themselves.

I'm on the treadmill, feeling emotional, and realizing that that's why I also get emotional when I finish a race or any timed event: Because back in 2021, I could barely hold myself upright.

No one saw that. Just like no one saw me fight for my life every day and pull myself out of the darkness.

The same way that you likely do that, too. How many people know what you go through?

But we very easily celebrate someone's medal. Or promotion. Or other *visible* achievement.

Let's start to change that:

Share your intangible successes. Ask people about theirs. And celebrate them loudly.
