Dear Friend,

The holiday season is upon us, and we’re thinking about “what to get” for that other person. Here’s something to think about:

As humans, one of our fundamental needs is to be seen; to be truly noticed, heard, and felt by another person. And so the best gifts are the ones that tell someone, “I pay attention to you.”

The gift either treats them to something special, lifts them up in an area of life that’s important to them, meets a need that they have, removes a task or worry from their to-do list, or even fixes some part of their life.

Jen Wozny

Jen Wozny is a Holistic Energy Healer blending Reiki, Shamanism, and Psychic Healing with Life Coaching and the wisdom of dozens of different modalities.

A former member of Canada’s national security community, Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Intelligence Analysis.

With continuing education credits from NICABM in treating trauma and PTSD, all of her work is trauma sensitive.

Upon completing her spiritual and Shamanic awakening journey, Jen founded Put The Light Here, a holistic healing company based out of Ottawa, Canada, and with clients all around the world.

Hi, I’m Jen Wozny, a Holistic Energy Healer blending together Reiki, Shamanism, Psychic Healing, and Life Coaching.

I used to have a “perfect” life, but inside I felt empty. I began to use healing tools, and they made me feel better. Eventually, healing myself was my highest priority. I quit my job, let everything go, and let Spirit guide me on a four-year journey across North America: This was my Shamanic Awakening and soul healing journey. Because I know too many people with PTSD/Complex PTSD, and because trauma was part of my own journey, I have made myself trauma aware through both lived experience and professional CE credits. I also work primarily virtually—so we can work together wherever you are in the world.
