Jen Wozny is a Holistic Energy Healer blending Reiki, Shamanism, and Psychic Healing with Life Coaching and the wisdom of dozens of different modalities.

A former member of Canada’s national security community, Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Intelligence Analysis.

With continuing education credits from NICABM in treating trauma and PTSD, all of her work is trauma sensitive.

Hi, I’m Jen Wozny, a Holistic Energy Healer blending together Reiki, Shamanism, Psychic Healing, Life Coaching, Holistic Guidance, Yoga, Psychology, and trauma studies into each appointment with clients.

I used to have a “perfect” life, but inside I felt empty. I began to use healing tools, and they made me feel better. Eventually, healing myself was my highest priority. I quit my job, let everything go, and let Spirit guide me on a four-year journey across North America: This was my Shamanic Initiation and soul healing journey. That process trained me in many different healing modalities, which I now bring to you.

Because I know too many people with PTSD/Complex PTSD, and because trauma was part of my own journey, I have made myself trauma aware through both lived experience and professional CE credits. I also work primarily virtually—so we can work together wherever you are in the world.
