Hi, I’m Jen Wozny, a Holistic Energy Healer blending together Reiki, Shamanism, Psychic Healing, Life Coaching, Holistic Guidance, Yoga, Psychology, and trauma studies into each appointment with clients.

I used to have a “perfect” life on the outside, but inside I felt empty. I began to use healing tools, and they made me feel better. Eventually, healing myself was my highest priority. I quit my job, let everything go, and let Spirit guide me on a four-year road trip across North America: This was my Shamanic Initiation and soul healing journey. That process trained me in many different healing modalities, which I now bring to you.

Because I know too many people with PTSD/Complex PTSD, and because trauma was part of my own journey, I have made myself trauma aware through both lived experience and professional CE credits. I also work primarily virtually—so we can work together wherever you are in the world.
