Healing for First Responders: Free on May 15 & May 22, as thanks
Every week, I host a teleconference call that offers healing to the participants: I guide people through a Mindfulness meditation, connect them with their intuition (or Higher Self), send distant energy healing, and offer guidance/coaching during a Q&A. The event is trauma sensitive. I have been hosting it for the past two years, as of this month. first responders

This is my way to say “thank you” to them, as I have recently needed to call on some services here in Ottawa.
These calls occur via the teleconference website and are therefore accessible to everyone, everywhere. Participation via the webpage is anonymous.
The live call occurs from 7-8pm EST. However, it is also recorded and available until the following Saturday, so that people can listen on their own schedule.
A bit about my background: I have a Masters degree in intelligence analysis and started my career in Washington, DC, teaching DHS, NSA, and a defense contractor. I then joined the Canadian intelligence community, supporting the National Security Advisor and others. When the environment became unfriendly, however, I resigned and focused on self care and discovering more about my other skills. I spent four straight years healing, studying, and re-training. I emerged from this period a Reiki Master, Shamanic practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, and trauma-informed healer. I created a wellness company, Put The Light Here, and now offer holistic healing services to the public.
Whether you are a First Responder who serves people, animals, or the environment, in the field or at a desk, I welcome you to join.
