Spending part of my vacation *not* on Zoom.

Do you resonate with water? I think some of us have spent lives near or even in the water constantly. And so in this life, we absolutely have to have it nearby.

I grew up in a different part of Ontario where lakes were everywhere. In Ottawa, it's a different landscape. So being at a real lake today was like being home.

How is your week going?

Anyone who is themselves dysfunctional, generally

Anyone who is themselves dysfunctional, generally has an interest in perpetuating the dysfunction.

That is, someone who has little or no interest in healing themselves *wants everything to stay the same.*

Have doubts? Ask a cycle breaker how much support they really received when they stopped participating in their family drama.

It is a sad, unfortunate, and really hard thing to realize that the people who are supposed to love us (and who may indeed love us as best they can) don't always protect us.

Even harder is the number of people who will actively support us as we start to leave the toxicity and become whole again.

It's interesting that scientists are having "spiri

It's interesting that scientists are having "spiritual" experiences, and then using their scientific knowledge to report on those experiences.

Here are two examples:

1. Neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor had a stroke.

Being inside of the stroke, she was able to observe what happened in her brain.

One observation was that she could *feel other people's energy.*

She talks about it in the video in the image above.

In non-scientific circles, we call this "being an empath."

Empaths often get dismissed.

But the phenomenon is very real, and every person has the capability of being empathic.

Not only that, but our sensitivity is increasing constantly.

So we need to fold this phenomenon quickly into our collective consciousness.

Only then will empaths and highly sensitive persons gain relief.

To read more about Dr. Taylor's story, read her book, "My Stroke of Insight."

2. In a second example, neuroscientist Dr. Eben Alexander had an NDE: a Near-Death Experience.

He died. His spirit left his body. He connected with our higher power. And then he came back into his body, and back to life.

Then he wrote a book about it.

The book is called "Proof of Heaven," and I recommend that one, too.

I know that a lot of people have difficulty acknowledging experiences that we can't see with our eyes, hear with our ears, and feel on our skin.

But that doesn't mean such things don't exist.

Indeed, they do exist.

What's more, we've known about them for a long time. Thousands and thousands of years.

As well, the scientific community that we revere has studied and proven this part of our reality.

The more we normalize it, the sooner that we can all move forward--together.

Can we measure the fact that, on New Year's Eve, most people around the world are feeling the same way?

Yes, we can.

Did we also measure the fact that, on September 11, 2001, human consciousness changed for several days?

Yes, we did.

The video in the image above is a really interesting talk by a scientist* who has been doing research for decades into human consciousness and a wide range of spiritual phenomenon.

Interestingly, if you've followed me for awhile, you'll remember when I used to host Global Energy Clearing calls, where we removed negative energy from the planet's field. The reason that initiative started was because of the heightened levels of violent energy every New Year's Eve.
