Imagine this: Brain scans of people when they're doing a psychic reading. You know what was found? While there are some commonalities in the areas of the brain that are used, there are actually clear individual differences---because we all "get there" differently, we all perceive in our own unique combination of clairs, and different types of psychic readings (pure reading, mediumship, past lives) use different parts of the brain.
