We're on a ship, in a hurricane, and we need to ho

We're on a ship, in a hurricane, and we need to hold onto the railings tightly, and trust that our captain will competently steer us out of the storm without sinking us all.

That’s how it feels right now, especially if you’re an empath.

For a long time, the energies of this planet have been chaotic: We knew this time was coming, and the ancients—thousands of years ago—started preparing us to handle it. And so we’ve felt the tumult, and the tipping; we’ve witnessed the collapse of the structures that govern us—both in the world and in our own psyches.

But now. Now, the chaos and the dissolution is here with us on the surface; more and more each day.

*The physical level is the final level of manifestation.*

Everything begins in the world of energy.

So now it’s here. And as I mentioned in my January newsletter, it has accelerated, and it will continue to do that and it will be very hard to keep up with all of what is changing.

Today, I became emotional at something: An American company did something kind for me. Now, this is a company that has always done the kind and right thing, so it wasn’t a new behaviour. But today, as—in a different sphere—long-time friends and partners began to be “at war,” it hit differently. “We’re still friends,” the gesture said.

And that’s important:

No matter what is happening on the surface. No matter what passport you hold or which flag flies above your town. No matter literally anything else. You and I are still friends.

The word “Namaste” means, “My soul bows to your soul.” In order for my “soul” to do that to yours, I first have to recognize that you have a soul. I must look deeper than your physical, human self, in order to see the true essence of who you are: God. Spirit. Source.

You are that, and I am, too.

There truly is no separation between us.

So let us not let any stormy seas break us apart, for in the deepest parts of the ocean, all is calm. All is united. We are one. We are still friends.

And that is how we will get through this: Together.

My soul bows to your soul.

Did you know that you can arrange for energy healing for someone for whom you have Power of Attorney?

Some of my clients are caregivers for parents with dementia, and we've successfully brought healing to them.

As well, if someone is close to crossing over, then I can connect with them and make sure they have everything they need, and maybe reassure you that you've been making the right decisions---because their soul says so.

Healing their soul is a beautiful way to help, especially when their body isn't working so well.

N.B.: Energy healing is a serious practice and I work only with the consent of the person and their soul. If a POA holder gives the "human" consent, I still only work if I get the soul's consent.

There is a difference between “knowing” or bei

There is a difference between “knowing” or being able to recite a Teaching, and embodying the essence of that Teaching.

The point of most (if not all) wisdom is actually to become it:

To digest it and let it change us from the inside. To change our behavior. To change our habits. To adjust the direction of our life. To eventually emanate the essence of the Teaching.

That is the point. That is the credential. That is when we know we have succeeded.

When we have *become* the wisdom and it drives our actions.

Not when we have merely memorized chapter and verse.
