I am now on holidays until January 8, 2025. I loo

I am now on holidays until January 8, 2025.

I look forward to this time each year, because it’s when I just get to be Me. I turn inward and check in with how I’m feeling. I ask myself who I am. I make sure that I’m still on the right path and make adjustments if needed. I make sure that I’m happy.

I’ll also be reading the new books I just ordered, and hopefully finish the trauma course I started a couple months ago.

I’ll probably also tune in to heal myself, exercise, see friends, and tinker in the kitchen.

My goal for all personal holidays is to emerge better than when I went in: healthier, more knowledgeable, more present in my life, and more Me.

I hope you are taking some time for yourself to do some of the things that reignite your own soul.

With all my heart I wish you a most beautiful holiday season, a very Merry Christmas, and an enjoyable end to the year that was 2024.

I look forward to reconnecting with you in the new year.

I’ve shared this selectively with people, but feel it’s useful to say it to everyone: In November alone, I healed about 230 of my past lives.

That's how intense is this time we're in right now.

There is especially a huge amount of Patriarchy-related wounding pushing its way to the surface; and it’s even playing out in our relationships—especially romantic ones.

Remember this, though: It’s coming up not to ruin your day, but to make you free of its weight—as soon as you heal it.

I know how uncomfortable it is. I was laying on my floor sobbing, heart-wrenching sobs because of the pain of my old wounds. My heart was so nauseous that I could hardly eat for two weeks. I was pulling past-life wounds out of my body one after another after another.

But you know what? I FEEL BETTER.

And 230 vulnerabilities that had previously been exploited? They're GONE.

We all have this baggage deep inside of us; and deep in our ancestries. I promise that when it gets healed, life feels so much better.

So please, if you’re feeling emotional, overwhelmed, confused, buried in a dense heap of greyness, then when you can please face it and unpack it.

(And if you’d like help, that’s what I’m here for.)

Anyway, I just want you to know that it’s not just you. And that there’s a higher and benevolent purpose to the intensity. And that there’s a way out of it.

I hope you’re doing okay. And hey—Mercury is now direct! Yes. That will help.
