One thing I appreciated about the pandemic was that everyone was willing to trust the science.

I'm only now about to open this book, but I've followed the science of all things energy healing and spirituality for years.

We're no longer needing to "prove" that it's real. It's real.

We're now focused on just using it to help people get better.

But if you do need to read Western science-backed studies---and I understand that---they're out there.

How's the full moon treating you?

This morning, I had a message from my cousin saying, "It's 11:11. Make a wish!"

So I started to think of a wish...and started to cry.

There were two voices speaking at once:

The first one, the warrior, the one who is here in this life to Do A Job, yelled at me to wish to BE ALL I CAN BE!!!!!

This warrior has propelled me forward all these years on my spiritual path, kept me alive, and made sure that I did every single thing that Spirit asked of me.

But the second voice was gentle: "I wish to be happy."

I'll confess, I didn't know which to choose. If I ask to "be happy," am I letting myself down? Am I faltering on My Path?

But if I continue to wish to become my highest possible potential, will I continue to suffer, struggle, and be asked to give up yet more?

In the end, I decided to just take a day of gentleness. To be kind to myself. To put zero pressure on myself to perform.

So I did what many of us do when it's a beautiful day outside: I drove to the garden center, picked up some supplies, and spent hours getting covered in dirt.

I still don't have an answer to what is the right thing to wish for. (I know what I would tell *you.*)

So anyway, how are you doing? Are you feeling emotional today? Are you releasing or changing in some way?

Did you get outside on this beautiful day?

The full moon is tonight. I wish for you whatever you wish for yourself.
