One downside of technology and busy-ness is that it's taking us away from ourselves. It's pulling our attention *outward.*

Yet if we were to turn *inward,* and to truly discover what's there, then...oh my gosh...if you only knew what you were capable of!

If you'd ever like to gently begin that exploration, then try a one-day silent retreat---at home. Spend 24 straight hours in total silence, zero communication (you can't even pet your cat because that's communication), with absolutely none of your attention focused outside of yourself; turn it all inward.

If you want the bootcamp version of that, then try a Vipassana retreat. If you're in Ottawa, they have one in Montebello.

I'm delighted to say that many people expressed an interest in a guided meditation to meet their Higher Selves, so here is the first one: Wednesday, March 12, on Zoom!

Find out who you are, why you're here, why things have been happening, what step to take next, and more. Connect with this loving being and cultivate a deep relationship with the rest of you.

All are welcome. (Must be at least 18 years of age, though.)

This is a fully guided meditation, so it's suitable especially to beginners.

It will bring you back to the present moment, and show you that---in this moment---you really are safe, and there is no direct threat to fear.

Exhale slowly. Come back to your heart. Take things one step at a time.

My baby was born 11 years ago today!

It is my life purpose to:
- alleviate suffering;
- let people know that their pain can be healed relatively easily, quickly, and without years more of struggle, confusion, and having to re-experience their trauma;
- use the soul-level healing method that I developed to do both of those things; and
- help to create the new world, where health defines all of our behaviours, systems, and governing structures.

This business allows me to do all of that, and it is my honour to serve.
