Receipt of the Gift Certificate: Once you purchase the Gift Certificate, we will fill out the hard copy of it, scan it, and email it to you within 72 hours of your date of purchase. The hard copy of your Gift Certificate will then be sent to you in the mail, to the Shipping Address provided at Checkout. If no Shipping Address is provided, then the Certificate will be mailed to you at the Billing Address. Kindly note that the hard copy will be sent by regular mail, and the arrival time will be subject to the mail system(s) involved.
You are able to use the Gift Certificate immediately–simply email us and include your invoice number. In this case, we will not need to send you a copy of the Gift Certificate.
Scheduling: To schedule the One-on-One Appointment, the Certificate recipient will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the reference number from your Gift Certificate. We will then send them a link to our online scheduling system, where they will be able to choose the date and time for their appointment.
All appointments occur over the phone.
Terms and Conditions: This Gift Certificate is valid for one use only, has no expiry date, cannot be refunded or exchanged, cannot be divided, and has no monetary value. The Certificate value will decrease by 10 minutes per year after the Date of Issue. All appointments are subject to the terms outlined in Put The Light Here’s “Intake and Consent Form”; all new clients are required to complete and sign this form before their appointment begins.
