Matteo Vistocco, stress, stressed, 3 tips for stress

Stressed? Do these 3 things.

Feeling stressed?  If so, then here’s what to do next:

Step 1

Remove from your workload anything that is unnecessary. This frees up time for you to deal with the stress. You need that time to recover, re-evaluate, and either course correct yourself or re-enter a stressed lifestyle.

Step 2

Get into the parasympathetic response as much as possible. This is the “rest and relaxation” response. It is the opposite of the “fight or flight” response, which is where you live when you are stressed.

Elicit the parasympathetic response through, for example, deep breathing, meditation, restorative yoga, and deep sleep.

Step 3

Take a probiotic as well as nutritional supplements.

Why?  Because stress diminishes the body’s ability to absorb nutrients from food, and so everything you eat many not be helping you at all.

The probiotic will help to correct the digestive system and promote absorption. The supplements (e.g., multivitamin, spirulina tabs) are condensed pieces of pure fuel.

Bonus Step

Next, consider getting outside help. Find either a friend to spend quality time with, or a coach who will help you examine why you became stressed in the first place, and how to move forward in a healthier manner.

The latter is what Put The Light Here does: life coaching, energy healing, and tips for healthy living. All appointments are held over the phone—no travel time, no parking hassles. Five days a week, including Saturdays.

Not sure? No worries. Book your free consultation.
